You might try the guy who repairs electric/electronic things down by the Prince Hotel, he can fix a great variety of things. Past the Prince, right at the T, he is on the left about 15 meters from the T. His place does not look like much but he is competent and not expensive. No charge if he can't fix it.

Often the charging ports go because they come loose. Just need to resolder them, any phone shop with a soldering iron can do.

If it's looking rusty, drop it into some battery acid until its all shiny and new (the charging port, not the phone!)
