futsukayoi
Quite. They just leaked my phone and address to sent someone in an unmarked truck and tried to take away my TV. After a few minutes of asking for their LG ID and paperwork they admitted that were not working for LG and had just called me on the off chance I had a broken TV they could help with. robsamui
Well I found it eventually - border of Ban Tai and Bang Po, little shop house with a big Toshiba sign outside. Took my TV in - just a basic little 32-inch things that cost me 9,000B. The guy turned it on, shook his head, said "Fifteen thousand baht to fix" then immediately picked it up, carried it outside and dumped it on the pavement! That's what I call service! Rooo
ive just taken my tv to samsung service centre in bophut main ring road was told they serviced LG as well they were happy to accept it note ive not had the call yet to tell me the cost of repair Good luck. It's a lottery with them. They did my first job extra fast ,then the last one 3 weeks . I visited the office daily after the first week. Technician had an accident. Only one Tech servicing Samui, I had to help him service & change tubs on a front loader, impossible for one man & hurt as well. Hope you get it back before new year. You can also get TV's serviced at the Panasonic shop opposite Tesco, they service all TV's and sound equipment.
