Right now the only 4g/LTE players are DTAC and TrueMove H. And which one is better depends one what tower you're connected to and how much contention/congestion is occurring at any given moment. Maybe the OP could get more specific feedback if they said from what Phuket area(s) they want to use 4g/LTE Voice or Internet Data. Whatever service you get now will change in another six months once all the auctions are done, new licenses awarded, tower use Joint Ventures partnership are finalized, and the new 4g/LTE infrastructure deployed on 900 and 1800.
