Anyone able to tell me what this stuff is?

From what I can work out, my partners mum is trying to say it will help with colic by putting it on our babies stomach.

Without knowing what it is I am hesitant in using it.

My wife says the same, for stomach of baby

Used for babies no problem.

For relief of wind and or colic etc.
