Does anyone know any budget apartment room for rent that charge monthly?

Prefer location near or inside the city area. Safe location with English speaking staffs preferred.

It also depends on what your budget is. When you say a budget apartment, to one person it may be 5k a month but to the next it could be 15k a month.

Then there are other factors like bond money, electricity and water charges.

Many rooms still available at the Huay Kaew Residence next door to the Chiang Mai Orchid, 2 doors up from the Kad Suan Kaew Plaza. Affordable for sure!
