We are retired and live up north and are enjoying the pleasant weather. But when the hot and rain start we like to go south to the beach. This year we are considering renting a house for 4-6 weeks instead of a shorter stay at a hotel. There are lots of Thailand "vacation rental" websites intended (and priced) for foreign vacationers. But are there similar companies used for Thai residents who want a summer break without the paying the premium geared to the non-resident visitor? Feel free to PM if you wish. Thanks!
