cigar7 Posted January 13, 2016 Share Posted January 13, 2016 Took the State Railways of Thailand (SRT) train 407 from Phitsanlouk to Chaing Mai, a 7 hour train ride, only 65 baht for a foreigner, 0 baht for a Thai. It was a local train, no AC just fans. It's a great way to see the countryside if you have lots of time. The ticket can only be bought on the same day as departure. Train leaves at 7:29 am.
