PATTAYA: -- Rescue Workers were called to a house in East Pattaya on Tuesday afternoon to assist a 3-year-old boy whose hand had become stuck inside a locking mechanism on a toilet door.

The boy was left unattended for a time by his mother Khun Piwaparat aged 27, who was preparing to take her son for a shower. She suddenly heard screams coming from the living room and saw her son’s hand was caught in the door handle.

Rescue Workers came and carefully removed the boys hand and it was determined that only a minor injury was caused which required no further medical intervention.

Not exactly a stop-the-presses news story, but I'm sure it will upset the chronic whiners who seem to come unglued whenever something positive is reported.

Positive ? Not even in the same league as a taxi driver returning a wallet.
