dirtycash Posted January 30, 2016 Share Posted January 30, 2016 just hitting on a business plan. where is best to source beef and pork ribs, mince, etc. makro or local thai farmer or local market and what is difference in prices say for a kilo of beef ribs in makro to a kilo of beef ribs from a local farmer. , or a kilo of fillet steak from either farmer or makro. i imagine there would be a significant saving if buying local . i can buy big freezer to store. any advice greatly appreciated. I have found the big name stores are not a good deal most of the time .The problem with local market is the use of their scales. Everything is close enough kind of thing.
