How to obtain a 90 day Visa

Has anyone found out why foreigners have to visit immigration every 90 days?

How can I get a 90 day visa in the UK for Thailand.

I previously used the Consulate in Birmingham, run by a Brit who only wanted photo copies of the various certificates (Spouse support visa) etc.

On what grounds do you want to enter the country ? As a tourist, a spouse, or a worker ?

Spouse.

I am due to retire soon and we (Thai wife) and I wish to spend the UK winters there, say end of December to end of March/April.

You can apply for a single entry non o visa in the UK based on marriage and get a 60 day extension when in Thailand.

So 150 days stay.

Not sure where in the UK you are but you can apply by post at the Thai Embassy in London.
