Reigntax
Must be embarrassing to get up every week and preach the same bullshit knowing nothing has been achieved and the country is going backwards, fast. Denim
He forgot to mention that more people than ever before have been arrested for their political opinions and that LM cases have also apparently increased despite draconian punishments. Surely he must be very proud of these achievements too ? Surprising he didn't mention them ...... can't imagine why Edited February 13, 2016 by Denim
aussieinthailand
Well to be fair, credit where credit is due. It is good that his list of issues are being addressed and that's a good start, unfortunately I don't think a job half done is an achievement, it's a start. Not one of these issues listed here are achievements as they are not accomplished yet, so to claim they are is just not honest, Unfortunately we read all to often there is yet another tuck load of undocumented people being rounded up, so therefor human trafficking is still here, Karaoke bar's with young women 14 years to 20, from Laos and Cambodia, being taken too the police station, Ivory traffickers being caught multiple times, and illegal fishing is far from over. But the Lotto price is ok now, well mostly? noun; Achievement something accomplished, especially by superior ability, special effort, great courage,; a great or heroic deed. MobileContent
Had a long talk to several police officers (junior ranks) in the past weeks from Thonglor and Lumpini and they all confirmed that all casinos playing High-Low and cards have been shut down in Bangkok and the army only tolerates now playing on football games and underground lotteries. chainarong
Unfortunately these issues will still be getting attention in five years time , there is absolutely no reason to be happy about the NCPO's achievements, for achievements are ones that have been completed and fixed, you have achieved nothing until then , have I achieved in conveying this message General, I thought not................................... . sharecropper
Sort out the police, the courts, streamline and fast-track trial procedures and introduce life sentences for corruption (or at least call it LM - for stealing from the State), and then some progress will certainly have been made.
