Does anyone know what these are and what to do with them?

So I recently went to makro and saw a thing called "scoopy". It's those little tube thingies with juice in them that you break in half. I presumed that you're supposed to put em in the freezer and eat them as popsicles (for some reason), however it's really awkward to eat and I dunno what to do with the other 5. So if anyone could tell me what it actually is and how to eat it, I'd really appreciate it
