When a citizen loses a motorcyle to theft the police have no intrest in looking for or finding same. But steal out of the impound yard, whose items will be sold and proceeds retained by police and they are johnny on the spot to solving the crime and recovering " their goods"

They really should consider making Puket a penal colony as it appears many of the scammers and thieves are already there. Just send those picked up around Thailand there, and make it off limits for everyone else.
