Topping Up Truemove H via Bank account

Now I'm not normally slow off the mark but I'm bemused. On SCB website clearly indicates you can top up direct from account online. Supposedly you get sent a OTP after entering your mobile number. In short nothing happens !! No OTP received.

I go into SCB who have no idea what I'm talking about !! As I couldn't onviously show them there and then I ended up walking away.

What am I doing wrong ?? It looks a simple process on paper ??

I tried unsuccessfully to top up my AIS 1-2-Call account from my SCB this morning. I kept getting , "You have entered the wrong amount. Please try again." message, even though I tried various amounts from the drop down list. I also have AIS added to my payers list, so don't understand what the problem is / was.

Might be a glitch on their website.

Just tried again. I'm doing something wrong but for life of me cant see what. You're logged in doesn't what mobile number you put it as long as you can enter the received OTP but receiving it is the issue !!

A couple of small things. Might not make any difference, but might be worth checking:

You have added TRUE to your list of payers?

Correct part (division) of TRUE?

Phone number...Remove international code?
