I bought a pair of shoes and they are half a size too large and hurting my feet.

If I return it exchange them will they take it back?

I suppose it depends when you bought them. If it was within 7 days, possibly, older than that and with wear signs its highly unlikely, but half a size too big is easily remedied with an insert, easily available, why not try that first.
