coolhand53089
Ok, I am married to a Thai woman. I have 1-year, multiple-entry, non-immigrant O visa. She is threatening to divorce me. I'm cutting off her allowance because she's staying out all nite regularly until the next day with no texts or calls. So she threatened to divorce me and worse when she saw I was serious about that. But my question is - what happens to my multiple-entry non-O visa if we get a divorce? Right it says enter before August 2016. Will I still be ok until August? sunnyjim5
If you have a valid, multiple entry visa obtained from a Thai Embassy/Consulate it can be used until it expires. Nothing will happen to the visa if your social status changes.
PomRakBKK
If she doesn't report you to immigration you have nothing to worry about. Since your non-o visa is based on a thai wife and you get a divorced, your visa is basically useless and you have to leave the same day. I might be mixing this up with an extension of stay based on thai wife, but to my knowledge, any visa related to thai wife ends with the divorce.
elviajero
You can keep using the visa until it expires. An entry on or before the 'enter before' date will give you a final 90 days.
