Schools blockaded in France as tensions rise over labour reforms

FRANCE -- Scores of high schools are blockaded across France as students join demonstrations against controversial labour reforms.

The government is in the middle of fierce debate with unions over plans to overhaul rules about working conditions and hours.

A national day of protest has already taken place.

Students groups complained they were not included in the government negotiations and were then later received by officials.

Yes, but it's a good protest because it's a multicultural protest. That's just what France looked like to me 20 years ago. Not.

Ironic photo of the month. The chances anybody in that above pic has a job or has ever worked is nil - and I don't count selling baggies of green stuff a real job.

I think the labour laws in France do need an overhaul.

I set up up a company in New Caledonia for my employers, and was advised to get outsiders to do our payroll as it was so complex. A payslip was over a quarto page.

as for the rioting ,they have just been told that to get paid you actually have to work

I see the left are not content with letting the Islamists destroy the Country without themselves pitching in wherever possible.
