Documentation Needed For Work Visa

Hey folks, any help here would be hugely appreciated.

I now have a three month non-immigrant and have to return home (Canada) on a family emergency so thought I would get my one year while there. I have a work permit but do not want to get caught on the other side of the planet with insufficient paperwork!

Can anyone tell me what is required in order to get the one year.

The company doc's signed and stamped, letter from the MD and your work permit.

Many thanks,one last question. The company is mine so I guess that makes me the managing director! Can I assume then that all I will require is my company papers and work permit?

PS. I am asking these questions here because my lawyer, soon to be ex-lawyer, is impossible to get hold of and bordering on the totally useless.

Company papers( affidavit, by-laws, shareholder list. three months of Vat filings, cover letter talking about yourself as a third person... signed by you( stamped s well) and your valid work permit.

You like us to look it all over to make sure its all there and do the cover letter for you. Our professional fee is 1,000 Baht.

Thanks again. I appreciate the offer of looking over the documents but am leaving tomorrow morning as my father is dying and not expected to survive the week.

I will however take all company papers, house papers and permits. Company hasn't made any money yet so have no VAT filings.

If that is insufficient I will be forced to return on VOA and take another trip out to get this done.

I do truly appreciate the assistance as the last couple of days have been very hectic.
