They, helpfully, don't publish their telephone number or even an email address.

Why do you need to contact them?

You cannot call them these days. You have to go through the UK (which these days means a callcentre in you know where sahib). Either a free e-mail service or a far from free premium call option. I wasted £12 one day on that particular helpline and the information was about as much use as a chocolate fireguard.

Seriously, don't waste your money.

If you need help ask on here. There is a wealth of experience on here from some very knowledgeable people.
