hugocnx Posted April 5, 2016 Share Posted April 5, 2016 We produce beef croquettes which are made of beef salpicon. Pretty stiff matter that will ruin the croquette magic machine. We believe you want to make potato croquettes? The machine shown is excellent for that but to my knowledge not available in Thailand other than maybe in classified ads. Might try there or take one from Europe on your possible next trip. Making croquettes is not that difficult. Make a ball of 'dough', roll it in flour or breadcrumbs, then roll the ball to and fro untill you get a cilinder shape. Actually better result than with the croquette magic.
