Hi, I hope someone can help me with this.

I am from the U.S and I have been studying at a Thai University for 3 years, I'll call myself Joe. About 1 year ago I became involved with one of the University lecturers, she is a married Filipino and she has a baby. The deal is that I am a bad student, never in class, lazy, poor standard of work, bad attitude etc...but this girl has given me straight A grades. The other students have found out what the deal is and they aren't happy. The lecturer doesn't care and she won't let go, she just keeps demanding more and more sex. I am on medication and I have had psychiatric therapy because of my history of anti-social behavior. I want to know what will happen if the other students report me for having fake grades? I'm a cheat I know but I don't want everyone to call me a failure as well! I already have some serious personality problems and this is making it worse! In all honesty I feel like a berk, Joe.
