No cost to register... You probably will need VPN, I know the Beeb tries to block viewers from outside the UK, also probably the powers that be in Bangkok may decide it is untruthful and block it. hopefully it will be available on UTube in the near future. Registry was just first name, email, password and confirm PW. No location or address details requested. Sorry you do need you full address to register.
