candels Posted April 21, 2016 Share Posted April 21, 2016 I don't have a need currently, but in the past I was treated improperly by police when I visited a backpacker area, and would like to have a contact that I could have ready in case I ever needed one. With him there it was over before it started. ......Cost me a bit but I wasnt scammed out of money by two scammers or there new partners wearing uniforms...
