Good afternoon

I got divorced in Thailand 2012 and my ex Thai wife has destroyed the paperwork in the uk and is now claiming there was no divorce settlement , which there clearly was.

I have asked previously on TV and got some helpful ideas to get the paperwork from Thailand , does anyone know if it's possible to get the paperwork from the Thai embassy in the uk

The Amphur where you divorced would have the paperwork, as would her ID Card state that she is divorced.

If she has gotten the Amphur to also destroy the paperwork, remember it is Thailand, then it would be win / win.

No paperwork means no marriage.
