bobrussell Posted May 10, 2016 Share Posted May 10, 2016 Assuming you are in the UK then: https://www.gov.uk/transfer-visa but and a big but, it clearly states that you do not need to transfer a vignette type visa to a new passport. You can travel with the new passport and the old one with the visa and avoid the cost of applying for a permit.
