May 10, 201610 yr Assuming you are in the UK then: https://www.gov.uk/transfer-visa but and a big but, it clearly states that you do not need to transfer a vignette type visa to a new passport. You can travel with the new passport and the old one with the visa and avoid the cost of applying for a permit. Potential employers may be more familiar with residence permits than the older vignettes so you may prefer to pay the money!

May 10, 201610 yr Author Thankyou both for your help found out that the transfer of visa to new passport is now called No time limit stamp (NTL) and cost £308 .00 but like BOBRUSSEL said its not needed just carry old passport. https://www.gov.uk/transfer-visa (NTL) https://www.gov.uk/biometric-residence-permits thanks agian pete
