my current 1yr NIB visa is running out end of the month. I'll be incorporating a Thai company soon, but happen to be in Sing for a couple of days around the 20th. I was wondering if there is any chance they would provide a multiple entry non imm B visa for 1 yr, without having all the incorporation papers sorted yet? I understand in Europe some countries dont fuss about it and dont require any paperwork?

Perhaps with a letter mentioning the intentions; researching business opportunities / establishing a new company?

Sunbelt any experiences with this? My passport is full with stamps that show my presence in Thailand for the past 2 years (used to work with another company?)

Any one any experiences with this? Let me know..

Sorry, it would be 0 % chance

For a one year multi entry based on business... 0 % in Singapore.
