Apologies if this has been covered before but I still have questions.....

From what I am aware you can convert a 30 day visa exemption stamp into a non imm b visa at Suan Phlu immigration in Bangkok if you have at least 3 weeks left on the 30 day visa exemption stamp.

1) Is this still possible?

2) Paperwork and procedural requirements?

3) How long is the non imm b visa valid for -- 3 or 12 mths?

4) Cost and time frame?

5) Any thing else pertinent to the application?

Company supporting non imm b has been established 5 years. Revenue dept paperwork in pristine order.

Comments and advice much appreciated. Does anyone know people who have done this successfully?

Thanks in advance...

Immigration will give you a 90 day non immigrant visa. Afterwards, you apply for the one year extension of stay based on business in 90 days. ( off this 90 day visa)

Our professional fee is 3,900 Baht and the government fee is 2,000 Baht

Your diploma must be notarized by the Embassy and certified by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs with the translation into Thai and the copy of your diploma must be certified as well.
