Currently living in Chiang Mai on Category O non-immigrant visa. In late Dec., when visa expires will be applying at CM Immigration for multi-entry retirement visa. Have all my ducks in a row as far as acquiring this (800K, consular letter, Thai bank statement, etc.) My question is this: I recently read on this forum info related to importation of household goods w/ retirement visa-6 month minimum time window from issue date of visa, etc. no 2's of anything et al. Please excuse me, I know I could probably find out what follows by doing volumnious searches, reading of innumerable forms and postings, etc. Can I import a vehicle, specifically a 1000cc motorcycle (2004 Aprilia RSV-R Factory model)? Give it to me straight, guys (and gals) :o

Thanks!

Sorry but you can not import anything without paying normal import duties.

Thanks for the quick response, I guess I'll just have to buy a CBR150R and scream around on that!

:o
