Former deputy commerce minister Banyin Tangphakorn arrested for murder

After reading the various news articles from several media sources about this case I would surmise the man is guilty....guilty as charged....99.999999 percent correct and no need to think other wise.

I am hoping they can sentence him on anything related to this case and put the man in prison.

If they can not convict him on charges of Murder then convict him of something else as certainly the man is guilty of numerous other nefarious law breaking activities.

If the man did not pay some back taxes, for example...then no big deal....but no doubt about it people have suffered tremendously and or died with Banyin Tangphakorn in charge and in control while wielding his powerful and influential capabilities.

I surmise it would not matter which political party the man subscribes to rather it is another sad case of a person being in a position of great power and influence while criminally abusing that position for his own financial gain regardless of the implications and ramifications.

Hmmmmm........Brilliant thinking ( not ) on those peoples part where any barriers to their sick and twisted personal agenda results in death by way of murder or underhanded elimination of other people.

Cheers

He is accused of murder of a billionaire so perhaps we will see some form of justice here, although he is likely to do a runner while on bail because they didn't cease his passport. Time will tell.

There will be much more to this story before it's over.

How do so many police become high ranking government officials here?

in particular when taksin's gang is in power

Cannot help yourself , can you. It is a kind of a mental sickness, so you are sympathetically excused.

Perhaps it would be better to ask why do so many ex-police appointed by Thaksin turn out to be criminals.
