Any help much appreciated,

Jim Godber

Is there something else that I need to?

I've gotten that message before too. Ypou might want to transfer the stuff on your phone memory over to your memory card. That's what works for me. I usually get the memory full message when using the camera. Hope this helps some.

Turn off the phone. Turn on the phone.

I just had this happen to me on a new N73. No reason - no apps running at all. I had been using Bluetooth/GPRS a lot though so I assume that that leaked lots of memory. Restarted and it was fine.

The error message was worse than useless - told me to transfer stuff off of my phone. Which was not the issue at all.

I finly figured out ( with a whole lot of forum help) how to not get the "out of memory" messages.

I turned off the 3G as I don't live anywhere near 3G ( to save the battery)

I turned off history

I turned off auto bookmarks

I keep the cashe empty

I now no longer have a memory problem
