Yes, they will accept people of any nationality. Many foreigners have gone there.

But only Thai spoken for the most part so if the patient does not speak Thai, should try to have a translator accompany.

Do you know about their operation time? Because I'm planning to do road trip to bangkok on this friday.

She can speak thai fluently, so we will be fine with it.
