? well wife and i are leaving for the states for a vist for 3 weeks and we will miss our 90 day report time . so do i need to stay until i do the report and then go rather go sooner than sept 18

You do not need to do a report of staying longer than 90 days in the country if you you leave on or before the 90th day.

Your next report will be due 90 days from the date you enter the country after your trip.

Just make sure you have a multi entry - re-entry permit before you leave.

They do not have to get a multiple re-entry permit (3800 baht). They can get a single re-entry permit (1000 baht) as well.
