They failed to give me my vegetarian meal in economy once and to make up for it plied me with red wine and pretzels for six hours. I didn't bother complaining lol. Though the staff do appear averse to servicing the toilets. Food, plane and customer service was better than I expected. In fact i missed my flight as I forgot my passport.
