They failed to give me my vegetarian meal in economy once and to make up for it plied me with red wine and pretzels for six hours.

I didn't bother complaining lol.

I flew with them last month. Was surprisingly good. Though the staff do appear averse to servicing the toilets. Food, plane and customer service was better than I expected. In fact i missed my flight as I forgot my passport. They put me on the next one without any fuss or any talk of extra charges.

Not everyone has the same experience.

No and no. Error fare would have been corrected by now. The other option is from CDG, but costs perhaps £80 more.
