My U.S. Passport will expire on May 14, 2007.

My O-A Retirement Visa extension will expire on March 8, 2007.

Would Thai Immigration accept my current passport, or would I need to renew before going to apply for my second visa extension?

I called Thai Immigration today & was told that my current passport would be acceptable.

I do not know that this is correct, but I have a feeling it is not.

How long is Income Affidavit from U.S. Embassy (to prove income) good for at Thai Immigration?

Thanks in advance for your input.

Believe they can extend your stay for the remainder of your passport validity your passport may not be accepted for travel to many countries when it gets below six months validity so you really should obtain a new one now.
