PATTAYA: -- On the evening of August 14 Banglamung police were informed of an accident on Soi Nongketyai, close to the Crocodile Farm in Pattaya.

A red Honda MXS was lying in the road and the rider, a twenty-year-old Cambodian national, Mr Jeck, had been impaled through the left foot by the bike’s gear pedal.

Sawang Boriboon Medics attempted to free him, without success, and so the gear pedal was cut from the bike and Mr Jeck was taken to hospital where is was successfully removed.
