Submitting Pictures To Print In A Store

I'm not sure whether cyber cafés and photo printing shops can handle images on DVD. If I do submit on DVD, is the older "-" minus format likely to be more acceptable? Or should I just stick to CDs in case their equipment is not up-to-date?

Thank you.

Most DVD readers will accept both standards so I do not think you will have any problem.

I am under the impression that the - standard is the more commonly used on computers.

Wondering how many photos are you going to print? Are you going to print tonnes of them? Why the need to burn DVDs when so many cheap CDs are available? :o

Many of the cheap internet cafees won't even have dvd drives of any kind. They're more expensive to buy than just cd drives - simple as that. However, if they have dvd drives and the equipment isn't too old the'll be able to handle both formats. Some places only have dvd drives in a few of their customer machines and some might only have it on the staff-machine ... Enter a shop a bit above the lowest end and ask your questions.
