3 - can he hire foreign people?

4 - it's ok if have 2 thais and 1 foreign?

5 - what's the minimun salary he have to pay to me? and what about the taxes?

Hi Leandro

1 - can he register as a company? even if he don't have a factory?

yes

2 - what kind of requirements do he need? need some initial capital?

If you are not married, the register capital must be 2 million Baht. If married, it is one million. This does not have to be paid up capital in cash.

3 - can he hire foreign people?

yes

4 - it's ok if have 2 thais and 1 foreign?

yes. Ok if its zero Thai and one foreigner as well.

5 - what's the minimun salary he have to pay to me? and what about the taxes?

Depends on what you will do. If you are mgmt, it should be 30K. If you are doing grunt work, it could be 15K or 20K per month. The Extension of stay based on business has much higher minimums but you will not qualify for that in over a year.

6 - is an assistant in a sales shop a job that foreign are admitted to do?

You could be an assistant mgr.
