I have a TON of movies/music/photos on my computer and want to watch/listen to them on my tv in a different room.

I looked at cabling - gotta still have the pc running and go back and forth between the rooms to change anything

I looked at av wireless - according to the store it will interfere with my walkabout phone and maybe even my wifi network

I am currently looking at these thingys http://www.airlinktek.com/english/prod_mg350.htm - has anyone used em or similar?

looks ok but cabling would be the best solution for picture and audio. On the cheap you could buy an IR keyboard with built in mouse and an IR receiver sender. This would allow you to control your pc from another room while feeding the video and audio outputs via cabling to the other TV.

I did this for a customer in the UK and it worked very well. The PC was approx 100ft away from the IR keyboard and TV.

Only need to run a network cable to the player. Very easy to use, even for children for example, and can do nothing wrong t the PC!
