Pattaya drugs bust. Drugs and guns discovered after dealer caught

PATTAYA:-- On September 20, Pattaya police officers attempted to trap two suspected drug dealers by arranging to buy three-grams of Ice.

 

However the two me, Mr Goast and Mr York realised they were bring set up and managed to get away in a silver Isuzu.

 

Officers gave chase and managed to stop the pair by shooting out the tires, bringing the vehicle to a halt.

 

On September 23 the police revealed they had used information gathered from the two men to expand their investigation and lure another suspected dealer, a Mr Tile, who was found in possession of one-hundred grams of Ice.

 

A search of his Pattaya house revealed a further 70 grams, 3 bags of Green E total 90 tablets, 60 tablets Blue E with VL symbol, 80 tablets of heart shape Pink E, 60 tablets of Pink E with W symbol, Butterfly shape E, 2 bags of marijuana weight 18.28G and 15.92G.

 

Police also found 1 M16, 1 UZI gun, 6 cases of .45mm gun, 1 of .380mm, 1 of .9mm altogether 10guns and over 700 bullets.

 

The police seized all and brought the suspect back to Pattaya Police Station for further process.

 Shooting out tires seems a bit extreme.... were there bystanders about who could have caught a stray bullet? I recall a few years back they tried that in Jomtien, cops on both sides of street trying to shoot out tires. One cops shot hit another cop on other side of the street. How much firearms practice and safety do they receive, if any?
