CatCage
This pleasant little town reminds me of Pattaya many years back but now with all the condos and construction going on there it is rapidly catching up. Was driving down Sukhumvit yesterday and and was amazed to see a brand new HomePro shop has opened right on the highway at the side of the road just past NongNooch, they still have tools and building material but the emphasis seems to be on soft furnishing, white goods and stuff to put in your house. There is a shop inside selling TVs and such called 'The Power' so that would seem to be an alternative to PowerBuy. Very pleasant to walk round it and see a lot of stuff not in the other HomeMart/Pro shops Some nice office chairs as well
KittenKong
Is it really any different to the new(ish) HomePro near the motorway flyover on Sukumvit? I doubt it. That also has a "The Power" section, and a lot of soft furnishings. Though the new one is certainly handy enough for those who live in Na-Jomtien and Huay Yai and points south.
