webfact
PM praises winners of School Milk Art Contest 2016 BANGKOK, 27 September 2016 (NNT) - Prime Minister Gen Prayut Chan-o-cha has praised the group of students who won this year’s School Milk Art Contest, urging them to serve as role models for drinking milk in schools. Agriculture and Cooperatives Minister Gen Chatchai Sarikalya led the student winners to meet with the Prime Minister before his scheduled Cabinet meeting. The students were awarded for best depicting the government's 12 moral precepts, ASEAN unity, dairy farming, student healthcare, and freedom of expression. The School Milk Art Contest was held to promote drinking milk and dairy products in schools, through a milk packaging design contest. The winners received award plaques, scholarships and certificates. -- nnt 2016-09-
eliotness
Obviously a misprint here, "freedom of expression" is more likely to lead to prosecution rather than an award.
