The PRD director general, together with his deputies, Prawin Pattanapong and Chamlong Singtongam, paid their respects to sacred statues at PRD Headquarters in Bangkok. Apinan’s term in office ended on September 30, 2016.

Mr. Apinan thanked all PRD executives and officers for their hard work and commitment to disseminating useful and reliable information to the public.

Yeah looks as though they are giving the bird. A sincere way of propaganda switch.

Who gives a toss. Why is a retiring civil servant treated with such open reverence. He retired after doing his job. What is wrong with people thinking this is a big issue or this person is of any importance. Why is this even reported on?

I'm sure he's got a ' little something ' put by for retirement.

Perhaps the bird finger is a silent protest.............................:coffee1:
