They pretty much just use morphine and you pretty much have to be dying and in the hospital to get any kind of pain management. Thailand isn't india. Hospital pharmacy will be different but you have to see a doctor first and you need to be visibly dying or missing an arm. If you have a prescription then just bring your own.
