ghworker2010
Last week the office girl was assigned the task of completing my 90 day reporting. I forgot about it and now its 2 days overdue. Last friday afternoon she said it was still pending. Normally I would have received an email from immigration. But this time I didnt get it. She is uncontactable today. I know that is a 500 baht fine. Another issue is that we are moving into a new house in the next week or so. Should I drive to immigration by myself and do it myself? I can take my new lease contract and the TM28 and 30 as well. Will it complicate things if its in the online system? Am I subjected to fines if we started the process online last week before the expiry date? thanks
Fithman
2000 Bht (min) fine for late reporting. You have no option but to attend the office if your report is now overdue. Printing out the online application may help if presented to an immigration officer.
Phuket Man
You can report in person up to 7 days after the date with no fine. The fine for reporting after this is 2,000 Baht. Edited October 13, 2016 by Phuket Man

Are you sure? i got a Bht 1000 negotiated fine for being six days over but nothing shows in my PP. on reflection that that was more likely an "admin charge" it it worked though. You can report up to 15 days before or 7 days after your report date (including the report date in the count). The normal fine is 2000 baht up to a max fine of 5000 baht. elviajero
There is no fine (min 2,000 baht) unless you're 7 or more days late reporting. As the report is overdue you have no choice but to report in person. Based on your OP, Monday is the last day you can report fine free. Having attempted an online report shouldn't complicate anything because even online reports are processed manually by the office. They might not process your change of address until after the given moving date.
