ashacat Posted November 30, 2006 Share Posted November 30, 2006 (edited) Hello everyone, I have just moved to a new condo and I would like to get (wireless) internet installed in my room (I believe the building has True telephone lines already connected) Bare in mind that I am useless when it comes to computers (except for playing games on my PS ) I don't want to spend too much on it, hopefully around 500-800 baht a month-ish. What is the best service provider for this price range in BKK? in respect of cost, value for money, speed service, reliability etc. etc. Also I believe that in order to make my connection wireless I will need to buy a "wireless router". Can I buy this myself and install it myself? If not, is there an extra monthly fee to have it wireless? Any advice would be most welcome. You can go for their wirless package as well which is an additional 250Baht/month and includes a router (borrowed) and free access to all TRUE hot-spots. Sounds ok to me...
