I tried to look for fennel but I think the local name in Thai is different. Do they grow them locally ?   Fennel is an amazing plant with lots of antioxidants and vitamin K, fiber etc. 

 

 

Villa Market has fennel oftentimes.

We do not have Villa market up here, will try Rimping again .  

Makro, Rimping and Yoks all carry fennel.

Yes, i've seen raw fennel at Rimping and also at the Royal project.

+1 (We have bought it at Rimping before).

Sold in most Thai markets . Not too difficult to find if you ask any of the lady vendors there. I got a fair sized branded bag of the stuff to make my home made sausages. Use sparingly though as the flavour is really strong.

Just fyi.  I've looked for fennel (at Rim Ping Maya or Rim Ping Nim Plaza), but have not seen it.
