Boring timeouts or the like? NO! AirAsia is more creative. Just wanted to do a simple domestic flight search/booking and got this: And if you bother their system for more than 10 min you will be thrown back to the "waiting room" Was lucky to get through in less than a minute. Sadly, because they were so far in advance, I had to change one and ended up costing me more than if I would have waited. 55555 But if you can plan it, and snag one, it's a great deal!
