Hi

After lookinbg at theK consulate site it says that you can get a non immigrant O visa for visiting family and friends.

To my knowledge the non immigrant O visa (multi entry) is valid for one year and can be extended by doing a visa run on the last day the visa is valid, so you get 15 months.

Can anyone confrim if this is correct.

How can i get a 12+3 month visa for visiting family and friends? I would like to know of people who have tried to get this, was it easy and what documentation is needed.

Yes, I should add that I have many many tourist VOA stamps.

i wouldn't worry personally ,

however if that's a big concern to you why not get a new passport first ?

i have a aus and czech passport.

sounds like UK consulate is more relaxed that aus (bris).

should i send off (i'm in aus) my passport to a UK consulate to apply for a O visa (on my czech passport which doesnt have any stamps, never been used) instead of australia??
