The internet time will be billed with your telephone bill. No idea how much per minute (yet).

Tried it last night and got a conenct speed at par with Loxinfo Web3.

The cost is .2 baht per minute (12 baht per hour).  It is quite good and connection is fast (if you remember to uncheck log onto network in the properties).  You do not enter any password, just the user name easy.
